Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze quantum computing market trends and identify disruptive commercialization opportunities
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on next-gen neural network architectures
- Present strategic innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Synthetic Biology (or equivalent industry breakthroughs)
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives with 3+ exits or $100M+ product launches
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and molecular design automation
- Proven ability to translate theoretical physics into commercial applications
- Security clearance for national innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
