Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives and market disruption
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping cycles and agile development methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of future-facing projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing implementation
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with scenario planning tools and strategic foresight methodologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
