Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative thinking across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
- Certifications in emerging tech or strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, FutureToday Institute)
