Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, biocomputing) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams through proof-of-concept to market launch phases
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment aligned with ESG standards
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ in technology innovation funding
