Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) to create strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AR/VR, IoT, and decentralized systems
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in technology strategy
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in forecasting technology convergence patterns and market disruption
- Strong background in agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
