Responsibilities
- Lead Future-Proofing Initiatives: Architect scalable AI solutions designed to withstand and leverage the technological shifts expected through 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute long-term technical roadmaps for AI integration across enterprise systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and C-suite executives to define technical vision and deliver high-impact projects.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, predictive analytics) and integrate viable concepts into our product suite.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment of advanced machine learning models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and ethical AI standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying future tech trends and translating them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex architectural challenges.
