Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 industry disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory impacts on future innovations
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with international tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
