Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption with 3-5 year horizons
- Prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Collaborate with futurists and domain experts to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in R&D with demonstrated impact on emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-focused domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Portfolio showcasing technology forecasting and prototype development
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or equivalent
