Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Robotics, or Cognitive Science
- 5+ years in bleeding-edge tech R&D with published breakthroughs
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic engineering
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-shaping projects (2018-2023)
- Fluency in Python/C++ with mastery of TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Deep understanding of ISO 42001 AI management standards
- Proven ability to secure federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
