Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology with proven experience in future-tech roadmapping
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or autonomous systems architecture
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable impact
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience securing federal/state grants for forward-looking R&D projects
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
