Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and distributed systems

- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Experience with AR/VR metaverse development
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services
