- Establish ethical governance frameworks for sentient AI development
- Partner with UN agencies to create global digital infrastructure standards
- Drive patent strategy for emerging bio-digital interfaces
- Present future tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or advanced AI
- Proven track record scaling systems handling >10M concurrent users
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy technologies
- Deep understanding of ISO 42001 AI management standards
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed future-tech solutions
