Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design for large-scale software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing workflows and legacy systems.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct regular technical audits and risk assessments to ensure system integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years).
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Big Data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
