Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects in quantum algorithms and next-gen AI systems
- Develop patentable innovations in clean energy storage and nanotechnology
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 10-year technology roadmaps
- Present findings at Davos and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA and NSF grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Materials Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of commercializing research
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
