Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026+ strategic planning cycles
- Analyze exponential technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-aligned solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for emerging paradigms
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from World Future Society or similar)
