Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical insights into strategic initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused technologies into development pipelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technology adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams
