Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business growth targets
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-adjacent AI systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof technologies into enterprise architecture
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ use cases
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting technology adoption horizon
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-vision roadmaps to investors and board members
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles (quantum, AI, or biotech preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps across enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University or similar certification a plus)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology journals or industry forums
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
