Your insights will directly shape our $2B innovation pipeline and drive competitive advantage in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027) to develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with pilot programs
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring technology adoption impact on revenue and market position
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and acquire transformative startups
- Present quarterly technology forecasts to the board with actionable recommendations
- Build an internal 'Future Tech Council' to foster innovation culture
- Oversee ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation guidelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Experience building tech ecosystems and managing R&D budgets >$50M
- Strong network with venture capital firms and research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
