Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Core Systems: Design and implement robust neural network architectures and distributed computing systems that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Reinforcement Learning applications.
- Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
