Responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips) for strategic integration by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
