Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) and develop strategic roadmaps for market leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs to accelerate R&D
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Drive adoption of blockchain-based supply chain transparency protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year forecasting success
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuro-ergonomics, or decentralized AI systems
- Published research or patents in future-facing tech domains (2018-2023)
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
