Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Circuits: Design and validate high-level quantum circuits and logic gates to ensure scalability and error correction.
- Algorithm Development: Collaborate with quantum physicists to develop and optimize algorithms for cryptography, drug discovery, and optimization problems.
- Hardware Integration: Bridge the gap between software stack and quantum hardware, ensuring seamless execution of quantum processes on our proprietary systems.
- Roadmap Planning: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product release, identifying key milestones and technical bottlenecks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of quantum engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring global advancements in quantum mechanics and integrating relevant technologies into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems architecture, with specific expertise in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulators; deep understanding of quantum mechanics and linear algebra.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex hardware-software integration issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to research facilities and attend industry conferences to represent Nebula Systems.
