Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen innovations (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Champion cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and executive teams
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish metrics to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
