Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable MVPs
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 3-5 concurrent technology horizons
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech innovation
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFS) or equivalent methodology
- Portfolio of launched technologies with measurable societal impact
