- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and research institutions to accelerate R&D
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic)
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and semiconductor technology roadmaps
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
