Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum computing, spatial web)
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences for 2026 use cases
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $2M+ annual budget allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and societal impact assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile/hybrid development environments
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., AWS Quantum Specialist, Microsoft AI-102)
