Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen sustainable solutions (carbon-negative tech, circular economy models)
- Present strategic foresight to global stakeholders at Davos-level forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' predicting top 10 emerging disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research on technology ethics or exponential trends (IEEE/Wiley journals)
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, neurotech, and decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish)
