Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with company vision
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and startup ecosystem engagement
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing solutions and anticipating disruption
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory impacts on innovation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term technology forecasting
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech trends into competitive advantages
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
