- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage innovation incubators with $10M+ annual R&D budgets
- Develop intellectual property strategies securing 50+ patents annually
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on next-gen human-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
