Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product strategies
- Establish KPIs for long-term tech investments and ROI projections
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future tech insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Strong data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
