You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and translate future possibilities into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead innovation workshops to identify 2026+ market opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technological disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong data literacy with trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester)
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
