- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory trends

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence analysis across 15+ emerging tech domains
- Design and implement innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech verticals: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
