Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026-focused technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing next-gen digital transformation frameworks
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.)
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive sustainable technology practices and ESG-aligned innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing successful digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain, and metaverse technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in technology management (CTM, CTO, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
