- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario analysis)
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or relevant advanced degree
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, Web3, and neurotech landscapes
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams with diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
