- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on business growth
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage an annual $5M innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of launching successful strategic initiatives
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning preferred
