Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential to transform our industry
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles with proven impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Track record of launching innovative products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
