Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to maintain innovation leadership
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive sustainable technology adoption and ethical AI framework implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing organizational change
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
