Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech) and develop 5-10 year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot scalable solutions for AI governance, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Present technology roadmaps to board members with clear ROI projections and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation adoption
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring technology's impact on business sustainability and societal benefit
- Champion ethical technology design principles across all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or global enterprises
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., from MIT or Stanford)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
