Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for market viability
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Present disruption blueprints to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with publications in Nature/Science
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in quantum computing and generative AI architectures
- Patents in at least one emerging tech field
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA programs preferred
