Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical by design principles

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing ethical frameworks for enterprise AI systems
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience navigating international AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional ethics teams
