- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Manage $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in AI/quantum/bio fields (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
