Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build relationships with industry leaders, research institutions, and venture partners
- Create detailed roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, quantum, Web3)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for long-term tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
