Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-neural network architectures for predictive analytics
- Lead development of autonomous AI systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance
- Translate complex research into scalable industrial solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging AI paradigms and quantum computing
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers (IBM, Google Quantum)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems with quantum integration
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of leading AI projects with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Certification in Google Quantum AI or IBM Quantum Network
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
