Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to access cutting-edge innovations
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech scouting, and trend analysis
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech strategy implementations
