Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their strategic implications for 2026 market landscape
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prioritize innovation initiatives and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology ROI and strategic impact
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to scout breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or corporate development
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 15+
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and forecasting tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
