Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-forward technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven automation and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware and metaverse infrastructure providers
- Drive R&D initiatives in decentralized AI networks and autonomous swarm robotics
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability principles in all tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with >$10M impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with 3D simulation platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine) for metaverse development
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum tech committees
