Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, anticipating disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with market potential exceeding $1B
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory shifts, ethical implications, and geopolitical impacts on tech adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to secure IP advantages
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
- Monitor global tech policy developments to ensure proactive compliance and influence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
