Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems prototypes
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum internet)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech products/services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM) or equivalent
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in regulated industries
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
