Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact on future tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
