- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment and societal impact
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic factors influencing tech adoption and policy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech systems
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Futures Studies) or equivalent experience
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor groups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical innovation frameworks
